Shipping Policy
Apollo India ships Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends and on public holidays in India. Our shipping cut-off time is 3pm IST. Orders placed after 3pm IST will be processed the next business day.
You will always receive an email with the shipping number which will help you track your order on the website.
It usually takes 2-3 days for delivery of your order.
There is only one standard shipping option on the website.
Above shipping policy is for all orders shipped within India.
Cancellation Policy
Once the payment is done, we will send the product to you as soon as possible. However, if you want to cancel the order, you can do it within 24 hours from the time of order. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, or, if the product is already dispatched by us, the order won’t be eligible for cancellation. To cancel your order, email us at apolloindia02@gmail.com
If your order is eligible for cancellation and is cancelled, the payment made shall be refunded in the same mode as your mode of payment. The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to process, depending on our payment gateway
